University teacher Stuart Evans (Whip Hubley, CSI: Miami) loves his job and is still innocent enough to hope for tenure based on his recommendations and published articles. But the committee is a tough one. It’s headed by unyielding Camille Brewster (Stephanie Venditto, House), three weeks as acting dean and moving her way surely up the academic ladder, and above her, Archer Coe (Alex Hyde-White, Catch Me If You Can), the epitome of a college professor—erudite, condescending, egotistical, and determinedly opinionated. He doesn’t think Stuart has what it takes. At least Stuart has Jonathan Maxwell on his side. It may not hold much sway with the nominating committee, but Jonathan’s a terrific guy to have in your corner should a crime ever be committed.
